Throughout my 15 years of experience within the field of higher education, I have had the pleasure of working in a number of educational settings, including the private for-profit sector, the four-year public university system, and the community college system. Each setting has contributed to my ability to create a curriculum related to student success in a manner that is receptive to and understanding of the diverse population being served.
About Me
With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership, a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Master’s in Educational Counseling; I have succeeded in helping students acquire the skills they need to succeed not only in college but also in life.

At the community college level, I've taught courses such as College and Life Skills Management, Career Planning and Development, and Group Dynamics and Self Understanding. These courses have all contributed to my capacity to develop curriculum on a variety of student related topics and issues.

My objective is to design an engaging and responsive curriculum that fits the requirements of the population served by providing creative academic, career, and personal counseling-related education that meets students where they are - regardless of the obstacles they face. This ensures that the curriculum I develop is simple to comprehend while also including activities and discussions that build a positive learning environment.
