Triple B Associates LLC is an educational curriculum consulting service tasked with the mission to improve the social-emotional well-being of students—from racially and socially marginalized communities — through the development of a well-designed, and high-quality curriculum that motivates, inspires, and enhances their skills and abilities as they strive to make lasting contributions to society.
With a commitment to student success, we use high standards to ensure our curriculum is developed with innovation, collaboration, critical thinking, equity, and appreciation of diversity in mind.

Our Vision
Our vision is to make a notable impact in the lives of students by helping them nurture and develop their potential to build a bigger and brighter future for tomorrow through the use of curriculum that centers around social-emotional learning.
We collaborate with schools, organizations, and agencies to ensure the delivery and achievement of a curriculum that focuses on the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to improve emotional and social literacy.
Our curriculum incorporates the five core competencies of social emotional learning: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making to equip students with the tools to understand themselves better, develop a positive self-image, take responsibility for their actions, and create healthy relationships with those around them.

Every consultation begins with the same goal in mind: To assist students in realizing their full potential. Triple B Associates LLC. is at the forefront to help racially and socially marginalized students prepare for the world of unlimited opportunities.
We will oversee the design and development of your curriculum, as well as aid in the implementation phase, including the creation and delivery of training, workshops, and/or initiatives to support the existing or new curriculum, if requested.
Our continuum of services also covers professional development workshops and one-on-one sessions for faculty and staff on student engagement as well as other related topics that will empower you to motivate your students through the development of a curriculum that addresses topics relating to social-emotional skills.

Throughout my 15 years of experience within the field of higher education, I have had the pleasure of working in a number of educational settings, including the private for-profit sector, the four-year public university system, and the community college system. Each setting has contributed to my ability to create a curriculum related to student success in a manner that is receptive to and understanding of the diverse population being served.
